Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the terms under which Stimul8 provides premium services to users, including subscribers, educational institutions, and corporate partners.

1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the Stimul8 app, website, and associated features.
- "Client" refers to users subscribing to Stimul8's paid services, including schools and organizations.
- "Points" refer to virtual incentives within the Stimul8 platform.
- "Gift Cards" are third-party rewards facilitated by trusted partners.
2. Service Provisions
- Stimul8 provides a platform for gamified learning and task management.
- Clients may use Stimul8's platform for personal, family, or educational purposes.
- The platform is currently offered free of charge. Stimul8 may introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future, as described in Section 3 below.
3. Pricing & Fees
- Current Pricing: Stimul8 is currently free to use. There is no subscription fee, paywall, or recurring charge.
- Future Pricing: Stimul8 reserves the right to introduce paid subscriptions, premium tiers, or other fees at any time. This may include charging for features currently offered free of charge.
- Advance Notice: If paid services are introduced, existing Clients will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to review and accept the updated fees before any charge applies.
- Educational Licenses: Schools and institutions may access custom licensing agreements in the future. (coming soon)
- Corporate Clients: Bulk licensing available under separate contractual terms. (coming soon)
- Payment Terms: Once paid features are introduced, all fees must be paid upfront via approved payment methods.
4. Points & Reward Redemption
- Points have no monetary value and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Third-Party Gift Cards: Redemption is facilitated via external vendors, with terms governed by those providers.
5. Data Privacy & Security
- Stimul8 collects and processes user data in compliance with GDPR.
- No personal data is shared with third parties without explicit consent.

6. Liability & Indemnification
- Limited Liability: Stimul8 is not responsible for losses due to service interruptions, third-party failures, or unauthorized access.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify Stimul8 against claims arising from misuse of the platform.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
- Stimul8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement.
- Clients may cancel their account or any future paid subscription with 30 days' written notice.
8. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by UK law.
- Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before litigation.
9. Amendments
Stimul8 may modify this Agreement at any time, with changes communicated to Clients in advance.
